Nutrition: Dilemma!; dropping the meat source .. adding protein supplementation… Vegetarian!!!

After a bit of consideration, i have decided to drop the meat source in my diet. meat is a corruption and health risk of the american diet. it is also openly genetically tampered with. i have switched to a diet of protein supplementation (whey based) yes i know it is dairy (small steps my padowan). i am now completely enamored with raw vegetables. hail ma’at.

since switching to raw veggies a couple days ago, i can honestly say i feel stronger!! to the point of not needing meat.

i do know however that i need a proper protein supplementation.

i will also be using multivitamins and mineral supplementation.

Minced Garlic- Fresh or Jar

It’s a more nutritious twist on peanut butter and celery and it’s a delicious and hydrating snack. No worries. I’m not advocating actually eating bugs.
